EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES AT TRC

FACILITIES & MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR
 The River Church is currently accepting employment applications for Facilities and Maintenance Coordinator to oversee the care, maintenance and upkeep of the church buildings and grounds.
This is a part-time position, approximately 16 hours per week.  
Applications will be accepted through February 15th.  
A partial job description would consist of:
·         Perform light maintenance and building repairs to ensure church facilities are clean, safe and well presented.
·         Coordinate and supervise contractors and vendors as needed for maintenance, repairs, inspections and groundskeeping services.
·         Develop and implement regular maintenance schedules, any needed deep cleaning plans, and any special projects that may arise such as remodeling, upgrades or preventative maintenance.
·         Coordinate with the office and housekeeping for room setups, equipment needs and tear-down for all church functions and activities.
·         Work in coordination with the Finance Director regarding expenses, purchasing, and budgetary planning related to facilities and maintenance.
